going Kathmandu (p0.9) - pushing the boundary

pushing the boundary - a prelude

travelling beyond the boundary during my post-sheffield life, i never had the serious moment of homesick, except when i was on a 2 weeks trip to the States in 2010.i remember, how much i missed the food, the weather etc. and the long trip from LAX to KUL, felt too long. in fact, it was actually long as i was 2-days ahead when arrived tanahairku.

and during my last 8-days travel to Nepal, i had another glimpse of homesick.

i missed the good food.
i missed the people.
i missed tanahairku, in many ways.

yeap. 'hujan emas di negeri orang, hujan batu di negeri sendiri....apapun, lebih baik negeri sendiri'.

George Augustus Moore - A man travels the world over in search of what he needs and returns home to find it.'

Despite that, Nepal still opened my eyes in many ways, on the boundary that that i gotta push, if i were to know the world on my own.

Ah. i'm missing the mountains..

Namaste!
